ULTRASONOGRAPHY LABORATORY

Examinations in the field of ultrasonography is one of the basic methods of patient diagnosis. The tests performed using modern apparatuses allow to visualize: abdominal organs, pelvic organs, joints, thyroid glands, lymph nodes, heart and blood vessels, and perform procedures – thin-needle biopsies with the collection of material for histopathological examination. The usual ultrasound examination is harmless for the patient and can be performed repeatedly.
